What is the delivery time for my order and what are the shipping costs?
We are currently experiencing a very high order volume. All orders will be shipped within 24–48 hours.
Europe:
Delivery time: 5 to 9 business days.
Shipping costs: Free for orders over €100,-.
Can I return or exchange my order?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned unworn and with labels attached.

How should I wash and care for the clothes?
Wash the clothing inside out at a maximum of 45°C. Do not tumble dry; air dry. Iron on the lowest setting if necessary.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code . This code allows you to track your package's progress until delivery.
Please note that it can sometimes take a few hours for the tracking information to become active.
Do you offer special discounts when purchasing multiple items?
Yes, there is currently a spring sale, so many products are discounted. We also offer an exclusive discount for our customers: with a purchase of €100 or more, you will receive an additional 10% discount on your total purchase. This discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
